We clear all import consignments from the port of Mombasa and deliver to our clients within 4 working days under normal business operations.
Shipments destined for ICDE – Nairobi are delivered within 3 working days of the containers’ arrival and/or stripping at the dry port (subject to receipt of all necessary documentation at least 4 working days prior to the arrival of the vessels).
Our expedient services are a deliberate effort to avoid any exceptional cost occurring on any of the consignments.
We value the importance of regular communication with our clients and therefore provide them with daily end of day reports on the clearing progress of their consignments.
